罗马尼亚和乌克兰洪灾

强降雨导致罗马尼亚东北部地区大规模洪水爆发，房屋、电力和道路遭到毁坏，数千人撤离。至少4人死亡，两人失踪。喀尔巴阡山附近7月末经历了数天的强降雨，洪水已经袭击了乌克兰西南部，造成德涅斯特河和普鲁特河决堤。此次洪灾百年一遇，政府宣布该地区为国家受灾区。数百城镇和村庄受灾，4万多座房屋被毁，约2万人撤离。
