加沙地带洪水/风暴

冬季风暴“亚历克萨”自12月12日起在中东造成连续多日的降雪和大雨。风暴在加沙地带引发洪水，导致5000余人被迫撤离。
据报道，此次风暴是60多年来袭击中东的最严重的一次，加沙地带的许多民居不足以应对这种几乎前所未有的天气。在杰巴利亚，一些地区的洪水已高达2米。
联合国官员已宣布加沙北部为灾区。
数千所民居被淹或断电，数千名撤离人员被安置在应急避难场所和学校，等待洪水退去。
